Help email problem

I have 2 aol accounts set up to my Fascinate. I am not receiving my new message notification? I only know if I have an email when I go into the account and refresh.

Please help

I have it set to check every 5 minutes but it doesn't???
 
and others as well. There are some other threads here about it. I have two POP and 1 gmail accounts set up in the email program with refresh set at 5 minutes. Worked fine the first day but stopped on the second day. I now have to go into each account and refresh to get email although sometimes it get gmail but that is inconsistent. I think this is a software issue that will hopefully get fixed on the update due in the next few weeks. :confused:
 
Thank you. I came from BB and got my emails pushed. I am not used to this.

If I had 2 complaints about the phone it would be:
-email
-no led

Otherwise LOVE it.

Hopefully will get fixed before my 30 days are up
 
I've noticed that the posts about the email problems (that I've read, at least), everyone has their email set to check every 5 minutes. Maybe just the 5 minutes setting is broken? It may be completely unrelated (I can't test it, it's been behaving for me *knocks on wood*) but worth a shot.

Not sure which carrier you are using, but I am on Verizon. Spoke to them yesterday, and they are aware of the email issue. They mentioned that the provider is working on a fix, and should be handled in the next phone update.

As far as the LED, check noled in the App Store. This may help you.
