Help Encrypted SD card

First off i'm a iphone switch to Android and being pretty tech savvy I'm still kinda stumped at some of the features and functions!

I love the S2 (feels a lil outta place in my hands but beautiful phone nonetheless)

SO my question is that i use outlook in my workplace and due to privacy settings when i access my work email it makes me automatically encrypt everything including the SD card!

problem is when i take my SD card out to add more new music...windows does not recognize my SD card! and i have to reformat all over again...done this abt 5 times now....any work around for this?
