Does anyone know a method, or app that allows you to increase the size of the icons on our MT. Root or not, doesn't matter. I don't like the small icons.

like increase size of everything... or just app icons?
adw launcher lets you choose app icon size, but if you talking about everything use lcd density changer

I'm looking to increase my icon size only, but I want to stick with the stock Rom.

I like to add that Go Launcher EX does the same job as well.
Edit the lcd_density line in your /system/build.prop file from 240 to something higher, like 270. It'll scale everything up bigger.
Or you can set it to something like 180 to fit more stuff on the screen.

I use a LCD density app as well. 180 DPI looks nice with the already sharp DPI the phone came.
