Help Erasing all data

I just got an LG Ally on Wednesday, and it's constantly restarting itself. I've decided to just go and exchange it. How can I remove all of my data on the phone?

Just do a factory reset, under settings > SD cards & data. If you have data on the SD card, take it out, put it into a PC, and format the card to FAT32 format.
