Help Eris, now Incredible call/text issues

The main issue is calls not ringing to my phone. The inbound side hears it ring 4-5 times then it goes to voice mail. No ringing, no missed call on my end. I also occasionally get errors for outgoing text messages. These intermittent problems started 2 weeks ago. It first started on my Eris, VZW replaced it once then sent me an Incredible. Still having the same issues! Had to open another ticket with VZW and am still waiting. Anyone else have this problem? No problems with spouses trusty LG enV2.

Additionally, there is no text notification (no sound, no vibe, no status bar envelop) when that same message window remains open. Is this normal? My Eris notified every time.

I had the same problem with my Eris but not since i got my Incredible..

Hello. Yes, all 3 phones ran *228 update. Still having the same issue.
