Eris OTA Update

From what I understand the Eris has an end life date of April 1, it's suppose to be replaced by HTC Incredible. We'll see though
Take it for what it's worth, but a dev I know says 2.1 will roll out March 19

What does it even mean (assuming it is true)? They want to give us an Incredible to replace our Eris? What?
What they are implying at that BlackBerry sight is that Verizon is not going to be carrying the Eris or promoting it as of April 1. Just a rumor right now though. The way they are telling it, all our phones will turn into pumpkins at midnight.

Nope. No point in them trying to track us down. We're not breaking any rules or laws, have no effect on their bottom line, and have a vested interest in what we're currently saying about the update and any kinks that need to be ironed out. It was likely that they were simply reading off of a troubleshooting checklist or computer screen and that's one of the default questions.
I would tell the truth either way.

Any new updates or rumors on the OTA? someone's usually got something juicy they heard some random place or somehow, they usually give me a solid false sense of host
