good job. way to miss the ENTIRE point of this discussion. look outside man, it's growing season! this thread produces free fertilizer.

also, my anonymous source at VZW, who likes dark parking garages and brown trenchcoats, says that VZW is actually merging with NASA, and will no longer be providing its Earth-bound customers with cellular service. They begin planting cell towers on the moon and mars next month.
 
Are you healthy if your poop floats or sinks? Mine kinda undulates, similar to looking at dolphins from above in a helicopter. Complete with backflips.
 
I can assure you that noone from VZW is telling this guy one way or the other that the update is not coming. It certainly wouldn't be official and therefore cannot be trusted to be true.

My statements are just that, mine and mine alone. I do not speak for VZW in any offical capacity nor am I allowed to. Thats what a PR department is for.

Maybe he is a VZW employee and is just looking to stir things up? You will never see official announcements on a forum like this from anyone ainside VZW or probably anywhere else for that matter.

I doubt a company that emphasizes customers first would dangle a carrot in front of us Eris users only to pull it away like a cruel child. It just doesn't make sense and believe me they know it would make alot of people very angry.

I'm done with this thread and I wish I didn't pick it for my first post.

P.S.
By the way I'd like to clear something up. We at VZW preferred not to be called Verizon or VZ. We are VZW or Verizon Wireless. Its not one and the same.

Verizon does have landline service and other services, but many still make that faux pas in forums.
 
I've called Verizon plenty of things over the years and they still take my money and make my phone work. Sheesh. Sorry you don't like being called VZ, guess you like the W for "wanker."

Yeah...oooook. Different names for different divisions. I have Fios TV, Internet and Phone....and my cell bill is on the same piece of paper as part of Onebill. People at VZW need to chill out.
 
After 6000 views and 200 posts, Look at all the fun I have provided you with. All the people that feel better because they got to call some guy they dont know the first thing about stupid middle school Names and act like Keyboard cowboys:rolleyes:.
I will close with this, I enjoy this site just as much as you do but I wont keep coming here expecting to see 2.1 has been officially released. If thats a problem for you then keep acting like you missed recess:cool:

Sorry, I always forget there is no sense of context or sarcasm from the keyboard. I was joking about the VZ vs. VZW thing. Internally we sometimes use both.

As long as I keep getting a paycheck I don't really care what its called.

The wanker comment put a smile on my face. Its a funny word to me I use it alot.

All I have to say is that this guy obviously doesn't get enough in the bed so now he has to go and start a thread.Smh... Im 17 and im about to get married on my graduation day and on my honey moon i will have gotten more then you will get in your life time. LMFAO
