Root Error 7? Miui

Ive been trying to update to muiu from cm7 and ive wiped davlik cache and full restored and when ever i try to install MIUI i get this.

Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update...
Cheking state of BML/MID...
assert failed: run_program("/tmp/updater.sh") == 0
E:Error in /sdcard/miuiandroid_Triumph-1.8.26.zip
(status 7)
Installation aborted.

this is very annoying because ive tried the latest update of miui and it wont work at all.

ANY FIXES???

Wait a minute. What's going on with all the weird versions. MIUI --> miuiandroid_Triumph-1.8.26? My first release wasn't until 1.9.30...

Also, your original CWM 2.5.1.3. There are no Triumph devs that released that version. Where did you get these downloads?

It's really weird. I hope somebody out there on the interwebz isn't posting malicious files masquerading them as builds of MIUI-Triumph and CWM. :mad:

It's probably just a simple misunderstanding...

OR, somebody beat me to porting MIUI (and even the guy that did MIUI for the X6!)
 
One thing i woiuld like to mention about this new build is I think there is a bug with charging from a computer though because it seems very slow in charging.

One thing i would mention is if people are using titanium backup or other backup programs is that you may get 2 very annoying popups constantly saying

Problem.android.acore or problem.android.media

to fix this you must go into manage applications and go to all applications, clear data on contacts storage and media storage. make sure the back up contacts to sd incase before.

Also weirdly this happened to me and i had no idea why and it made me so mad, if you get a nexus prime like video wallpaper when trying to reboot and you cant do anything, remove your battery,wait 10 mins then try booting into cwm. (this may take a few times) once your in you must restore and flash your rom again. So i strongly think when you first get miui settings how you want them make a backup!!!!!!

this happened to me running the suave redone theme and i tried rebooting from the miui toggle bar. it seems you cant fix it without total restore.

I remember how someone had your rom on the Rom Manager. I haven't seen anything else for Miui besides what you've done.

How many phones have Miui ported to them now? I'm curious.
 
now i remember what i did, i searched the problem and just copied and pasted it here and changed the device, but mine was 1.10.28
