Root everything force closes help! please..

Hey everybody ..
I'm having the issue where everything
and I mean everything force closes
and runs very very slow at times
can anyone give me a step by step in
Details how I can get my phone running good
Running blackside nothing really more.

First try reflashing the ROM with only wiping /cache and dalvik-cache.
If that doesn't work restore your last backup, you have one do you...
And if nothing works your only choice is to full wipe everything and start over with clean ROM flash.

It sounds like it may be time for a factory reset. You will have to input your Google account data and re-install apps, but you won't loose any you paid for. Make sure your contacts and calender are sync'd first.

menu > settings > sd & phone storage > factory reset

Don't do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is exactly how our phone turns into paperweight. You only factory reset from recovery menu!!!!!!!

Thanks god(developers) iho roms doesn't have this in the settings menu.

Rooted phone can't factory reset ..
but can I factory reset in the recovery mode?
Will that help? I'm ok with starting fresh.
but when I factory reset do I reflash the rom and gapps?

You don't flash anything if you factory reset from recovery, but you loose everything, except the ROM itself. Which means you better flash a new clean ROM.

And check the MD5 sum before you flash it!

Selecting wipe data/factory reset from the recovery wipes all user data from the ROM so it is just like when you first flashed it.
If you have run this:
su
fix_permissions
(hit the enter key after each line)
from a terminal emulator and you are still getting force closures, the best course of action would be to wipe and format everything and re-flash a new ROM and Gapps .
