Root EVO 4G//2.2 Rooted....Phone stopped

Okay....thought the root process went well, but apparently not. I've got data functionality, but when I go to dial out I get "The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

Any idea's or solutions??

Flash a new rom and that should alleviate the problem

something happend to the dialer. flashing a new Rom or nandroid if you made one.

were you on the stock rom or a custom rom?

did you delete or freeze any system aps? you may have killed the dialer by mistake
