I know this is a question thats been asked but no answers have seen to answer my question in particular. My evo 4g has 56mb of internal memory left. Everything that has can be moved to sd card has been moved and because im rooted a couple others. I have only 14 apps on internal memory doubletwist, maps, go launcher ex, docs, android central, voice search, dropbox, launcher pro, gmail, alarm clock plus, appstore, equalizer. no rills cpu, and shush ringer. I have less than 100 texts on it. I just deleted cache too. Double twist which is a music player is using 12 mbs, maps: 12mb handcent: 9mb mail: 7.5 internet: 6.5 go launcher: 7. Those are the big ones. I have no idea whats going on. When i first rooted, i installed dominus sigma4.2 which is a sense 3.0 stock kind of rom, i had well over 100mb and its been slowly trickling down. I have 50 apps on the sd card also. idk if its a faulty reading of internal memory or if there is a leak. Thanks for your help and i made an account 10min ago so please excuse my newness and possible repost.

I also am fairly new and had only about 70,000 internal memory remaining. After my SD card was partitioned, however, I now have >200K. Seems that only parts of apps get moved to the SD card with the standard App2SD, and it takes applications in some ROMS (?) to move entire apps to the partitioned SD card. (See the stickies "Rooting for Dummies ...." in the 'All things Root' section for guidance; they are GREAT!)

so yes sense 3.0 roms can be very big. they take up a lot of internal memory. also that is a fairly old rom to try out. if you like sense 3.0 then try mik3d it is much better and you do not need to partition your card. go to the http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all-things-root/284413-roms-kernels-download-page.html sticky at the top of the rooting forum to get it.
also if you want to partition your card then read the http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all...ooting-dummies-guide-gingerbread-edition.html. in the after rooting section you can find the how to's for partitioning your card.

Welcome to AF!!! Is your sd card partitioned? Sense 2.1, 3.0, 3.5 ROM's are beasts in size so they take up a lot of internal memory; which is why it is recommended your sd card be partitioned. Have you tried flashing a different ROM and seeing how much internal memory you have then?
