Root EVO 4G Unroot help needed asap

Ok heres the story, I'm not a phone expert by anymeans but I am technical and can understand this type of stuff. Problem is my 10 year old needs a phone NOW before 4:30 today or else I wont be able to speak to him for a couple of weeks. Only phone I have is an old EVO 4g that I rooted way back when using Unrevoked. Heres the details:

Android 2.3.4
Baseband 2.15.00.11.19

I've tried everything I can find to unroot this but nothing works, the PC36IMG.zip method just tells me that the image is old and fails. The ruu method fails usb connection when it reboots the phone and is waiting for the boot loader. Usually I have no problem doing hours of research, but I'm working today and really need someone to quickly give me an idea on how to do this.

Reason I need it unrooted is because I've activated the phone for him, but iguess since it was used for me in the past, I have to get into the service menu to change the MSID?? for him to use it. If anyone knows a way to do this, this should do the job as well.

Again, sorry for not searching, I normally would gladly, but I'm in a bind here and need someone with a little more experience to point me in the right direction. A good PC36IMG.zip would probably suffice.

ok so you have s-on, so you are partly unrooted. here is the file that you need to finish it: PC36IMG_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.70.651.1_Radi..zip
1.download it and rename it to PC36IMG. do no add an extra zip as windows hides extensions.
2.transfer it to the root of the card. that means not in any folder but just on the card itself.
3.power off then press and hold power+vol down
4.hboot should see it, select yes to update
5. and it should do its thing

and now you should have s-on(whih you already had) and a stock rom and stock recovery.
