Help Evo 4g video playback issue

[EVO54]

I am the proud owner of a new EVO.... Sadly all the family videos i took on my old phone will not play in my gallery.... the videos are .3gp format... they were taken on an enV 2.... any ideas?

You will have to convert them to play on the evo. Download Handbrake for your pc, and convert them in there. There are plenty of guides on here to show you how to do it, just do a search for Handbrake.

What format do I have to covnert to

i believe that it is mp4 format. a lot of people here have used this:How to convert videos and transfer them to the HTC EVO 4G - Know Your Cell
