Root Evo completely frozen? Serious problems with the OS

However I think my Evo was rooted, that model is intended for South Korea and was mounting an old version of Android, then the shopkeeper unlock it and upgraded it to v4.0.3, indeed that version is supported.
On the bootloader there was a wallpaper: 4ext; and was touchable (I don't have to use the volume keys to move the cursor).

EDIT: I've decided to leave the phone turned on for 1 or 2 hours. Now, after 15 minutes I've tapped the screen and pushed the buttons. Sometimes the device vibrate for response and once I've heard the sound of "volume down" when I've pressed that button, but the screen remain the one of the photo.
