Root EVO Discontinued? 2nd best?

FYI - Friend of mine bought a used HTC on Ebay (not EVO 4G) and he had a problem of some sort. He called HTC directly (in IN I believe) and he told them of the problem he was having and they said to just send it to them. Then he said "Uh, one more thing...it's been rooted.." to which they replied "Ah no problem! We'll still repair it...". He sent it to them, they fixed it, billed him some really reasonable amount, then shipped it back to him! Said he was very impressed/pleased with the service from them...

Wow! That is cool :cool:

I had a problem with my HTC EVO 'self typing' and I e-mail the HTC customer support. To my amazement, they actually replied quickly.
