lol I know the feeling. Try Craigslist? Maybe someone has a phone there with a bad ESN or something and the parts should be good for your phone. You might be able to persuade them into selling it for $75 since it's almost useless.

Who knows, there may be someone on Craigslist who can even fix your phone for even cheaper too! Although I wouldn't recommend it as they might mess something up, making your phone voided through warranty.

I think Mr. Ed was right though...just go straight to HTC.
