Root Evo, running CM7, can't take video

I'm running CM7 on my EVO and I just noticed that I can't take video. When I try, it locks up the video part of the screen.

When I try to view the video, I just get the video can't be played.

Is this a CM7 issue, or is it my phone?

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Well try the easy things first ... clear cache and dalvik and reboot. If it doesnt work try re-flashing CM7. What version of CM7 is it?

Clearing cache & dalvik did nothing, but reflashing CM7 did.

I have 7.0.2.1.

you should try the 7.1 stable out.

i found it!!! it is in the experimental section.do not know why but here you go

It's there because it it a release candidate, not a stable release...

I worry about RCs sometimes...May give it a go, though!
