EVO versus Ford F-150 Crew Cab

Yup, I ran over my EVO with my truck. Just so you don't try it yourself because you are curious to see the results, there's some pics below.

You may find this difficult to believe, but this phone actually worked (kinda) afterwards. It rang if you called it, and if you firmly pushed the screen somewhere around the usual place, it would answer and you could talk. Obviously, the screen wasn't showing anything at all. The battery is still good, the memory card is shot, though. Oh, most importantly, the kickstand is fine!

Bad news, I never backed up... Recommendations ????

I do have my replacement phone, glad I got the insurance. Insurion only took 3 days to get a new one to me.

EDIT: For some reason, this forum isn't letting me load the pics. I'm getting an error each time I try.

Sucks, but I so much appreciate your attitude.

Contacts all saved by Google. All paid apps still on market, just need to reinstall. Worse, you have to remember what free apps you have.

Dont help now, but the market has a priogram called my backup. Free for 30 days, so if you have to get a replacement, use it.

I have the images in Photobucket, but when I try to upload, I get a security warning that I don't have permissions...

Try plugging it into your computer and see if you can get it to back up. Not sure if you can tap on the screen in random places to try to select "Connect as USB device" or if it will eventually default to that.

You should first install HTC sync from the HTC website.

Let's see if these show up...
