EVO Vulcan Mind Meld?

Ok, the replacement EVO for mine with the cracked screen is here. I am not rooted but I've done quite a bit of customization. I use AppBrain and I have MyBackup Pro which will back everything up but it won't set it up like my current one. I just want to do a Vulcan Mind Meld from one to the other and viola - the new one is a clone of the old one.

I suppose I'm out of luck, right?

*bump* I'm curious too. I fear the only "real way" would be to use a custom bootloader and then back up the entire flash image. Not sure if that really makes this any easier but it WOULD back up ALL of your settings/etc...

Restore your MyBackup apps and data. you should be pretty darn close to where you were before.

Widgets on your homescreens can't be backed up. you'll have to recreate those. Also, some signed apps will require an uninstall/reinstall for them to work properly. Other than that, your phone should look pretty similar to the old one.
