Root EVO w/ Worldclock forced close issue

My rooted (CM7) EVO keeps giving me the "process.worldclock" needs to close message. I have ROM Manager and have tried "Fix Permissions" and sometimes it works sometimes not. This was also an issue prior to rooting. What's the fix?

first off do not use rom manager. it tends to be very buggy and does not wipe very well. do everything manually in recovery. i would try and wipe dalvik cache and cache in recovery.
