Root Experts Please Help :'(

I have rooted my SE Xperia Neo (GB 2.3.3 FW 3.0.1.A.0.145) via DoomLord v4.But now i cant update my phone.I have tried several times to update manually via flash tool 0.9.9.0 on windows xp to FW MT15_4.1.B.0.431_Global.Every time when the software says plug my data cable by holding the back button it appears something like the attached image.I have tried PC Companion too but when i plug my data cable by holding the back key my pc hangs.I dont know that my bootloader is locked or unlocked.If possible give a link or something that describes step by step instruction.Please help me it really sucks :'(
