Root Extended battery?

Will switching back and fourth between a stock battery and extended battery hurt my phone in any way? I was unsatisfied with the extended battery, it made no difference. should I have done something to my phone to make it work?

Most people will suggest wiping battery stats when going in between them. You should have a noticable difference from an extended battery.

What kind of extended battery? I it fit with the stock back door on then there is a good chance it wasn't really and extended battery.

I switch between the stock one and a 2150 periodically. With the 2150 I can get about 8 hours of Pandora out of it.

I've never pushed it to the max, but with my 3500mAh extended battery you def get more use ouf of the phone.

I just don't like the bulkiness. I get plenty of battery life out of my stock battery (2-3 days) so I stick with it.

I've got the extended battery, the cover isn't as close or as tight a fit but it does well.

I like having the extra capacity, it is bulkier but the original is almost too dinky and I am afraid I am gonna drop the thing.

try a fre app called battery calibration tool. it will wipe your stats and give you instructions on charging and discharching,

I am going frequently between extended battery and two stock batteries. I never wipe anything and I can clearly tell how long the stock batteries last and then how long the extended battery lasts. I even charge any one of them in an external charger so I don't think battery stats do anything.

btw, yes, I am a very heavy user, lol

Yeah I listen to music for 8 hours a day at work and my phone rarely makes it through the day. I have a 3500mah battery that requires a special back. It's bulky, but I wouldn't mind if it worked.
