as long as it has the same dimensions as the standard hero battery it will fit.For those with Evo's, does the Hero's 1750 extended battery work in it?
Interesting things that Seidio is planning to come out with for the Evo
Seidio - Your Single Source for Premium Smartphone Accessories
you should get a battery charger to charge the spare and your phone at the same time
I did, that amazing $11 deal off e-bay from Hong Kong, battery AND charger for like $11. A bunch of folks did it and were talking about it on the Sprint Hero forum a few weeks ago. So far, everyone happy with what they got.
Anyone interested, here is the thread that talked about it...

I was going to get that 3500 mah for the tp2 since the EVO share the same battery, but the thing is so big that it comes with its own back cover, and I'm pretty sure thats not compatible with the EVO
I just went a head and bought the 2x battery and charge for $11.50 (w/ shipping) off ebay. Figured it was worth it, I can deal with flopping out batteries, if I ever have to (not to mention having an extra spare). Thanks for the link.
Here is the one I used:2 1500mah Battery+Desktop Charger for Sprint HTC Hero - eBay (item 270578672380 end time Jun-12-10 12:57:41 PDT)![]()

Yes, TP2 works with Evo.Does anyone know if a TP2 battery will fit the Evo?
hm, thinking about getting this also.
anyone have any experience with these batteries. I'm just worried about the quality and life span since it isn't OEM or a name brand like Seidio.
Check out sagedil's link, there are a few other members that bought them, and love them. They couldn't tell the difference whatsoever. Even if only one of those battery's works for 3-6 months, it would be worth the $12. Throw in another battery and charger and its, totally worth the risk.
thanks, I might go for it.
one more question though: how long does the battery stay fully charged when not in the device? does it even loose charge overtime?
Well, if the Sprint Hero batteries work in the EVO, what about the Mugen 1800? Buy Mugen Power Sprint (CDMA) HTC HERO 200 1800mAh Extended Replacement Battery [HLI-HERO200SL]
It is a way better deal price-wise than the seidio. Any thoughts on this?
Interested in this. 1800mah the highest that can fit with the factory back cover?
