Help Facebook app login failed

Suddenly unable to login via the Facebook app. Getting an error message: login failed - application limit reached.
What does this mean?

I think you're going to have to give us a little more information regarding this...

- what device do you have?
- what version of Android?
- in what context are you seeing this message?

(edit: a quick Google search of the thread title reveals that it's likely Facebook related?)
 
According to a couple of things online there is some sort of throttling that can happen on the app.

I don't use FB so I can't really help you beyond that. Regardless, contacting Facebook (or any app developer) directly with app issues is the way to go if you want to get problems fixed.

You can get the contact info from the Google Play entry or possibly from within the app, which might include device info in your report. Or you can click HERE for direct email link.
