Help facebook contacts

I CANNOT get my phone to sync to my facebook contacts. I got to the settings to get to accounts and sync. Then when I click on add account and choose facebook, it just goes back and won't add it. I am really frustrated. I got it to work before but then I had problems with my facebook and now I can't get it to work again. HELP please!

are you rooted and did you remove the socialite app?

Download the FB app and add it from there, choose "sync all contacts".

Yeah the latest facebook app syncs contacts with the ally now.
