Root Facebook issues

So recently, not sure if before or after #2 ver 2.1, but the FB apps lags bad. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but I know its just the app because the website flows smooth as butter.

Im not saying that #2 is the cause but other than a few small apps that Ive frozen to rule out, it's the only major thing Ive done to my phone. Like I said I just recently noticed it within the past few weeks.

I tried older versions, same thing. The scrolling is just awful. I hate the damn app anyways cause you cant do a lot of the basic features.

Just curious if anyone else noticed this.

I just use the browser and put bookmark on my home page, I uninstalled the app awhile back. :thumbup:

Yeah I've had issues with the Facebook app and I'm on 1.6. When I scroll it automatically scrolls on its own all the way to the bottom skipping a bunch of post and when I want to scroll up it does the same thing too. Very laggy and sometimes it takes forever just to load the news feed. Annoying!! and it constantly refreshes on its own when scrolling too.

I uninstall that ram hog lol will just have it bookmark better that way do you guys know if there is a way to upload pictures without downloading the Facebook app

You cant upload through the web version of Facebook?

You probably read it wrong.lol I believe on the web version of Facebook you can upload a picture. It'll display at the top: status, photo and check in. Click photo and it will ask you to choose a file, click on that and it should bring up your gallery.

lol jk um i always rely on youtube for videos like top 10 apps to have 2012 and usually find alot of cool stuff since app dev mostly rely on youtube to advertise/promote their work.

Everytime I watch one of those it's always the same shit everyone knows about so I get pissed off and stop watching them.

I made a thread several months ago on the other side specifically for "cool" apps that aren't well known. But it died out.

Alright i need help from my friendcaster users.

Whenever i go to comment on a post i can't see the text box when I'm trying. The keyboard covers it up. I have to type and go back to check and the start typing again. It's very annoying. Gotta be a way around this or a different option. I love the app, it's amazing but this issue is bugging the ish out of me.

Any thoughts please?
