Facebook issues?

The Facebook Touch application for Droid is an option that works - not quite the same - weird stuff with chronological order (must be dependent on any comment or "like").

But..it's an option for those of us who aren't cynical (as some posters) about the usefulness of being on Facebook!
 
I believe its youtube related. You post a video on your profile, and you get that message, you delete it, and it works through the app, or just leave it for a few days, and it clears.
 
I'm not cynical, just think people are a bit funny about not seeing status updates, when you can just go to the mobile site until the problem is fixed.
 
Just talked with Verizon CS and they just updated in their system that Facebook for Android is currently down and there is no ETA on repair for the APP. Just in case anybody was wondering there is an issue with the APP.
 
I am SOOOOOO tired of this NULL error. its seriously been 24 hours that this has been going on. For how expensive the phones are and how much the internet costs, this is a bit ridiculous, no?! and no estimated fix time? I call BS on that. i know the browser works but it really kinda defeats the purpose of having an app.

but atleast im not the only one this is happening to! thanks for the info guys!
 
Not working for me either...same error massage. I can update form the app but can't see what I wrote. Go on my computer and there the post is.

Hope they fix it soon.

Mine has not been working on my eris since last night and neither has my friend's who has the back flip. i am lost with out it!
 
Hello all,

So, I just got a Droid Eris, about four days ago. The Facebook App was working, and now mysteriously will not bring up any feed content whatsoever. Please note that I did a factory reset on the Eris, and am running Android 2.1. My Yahoo Mail account also refuses to be added to the Eris, when a few days ago it was running perfectly. Any advice?

My facebook stopped working, as well as my husband's on his motorola droid. I checked some facebook groups and it looks like it's a problem with the android facebook app. Hopefully we'll see a fix soon. Can't live without my facebook!
 
Hello again, did some research as well, and it appears that the Facebook App for Android is not loading content for now. Possibly due to Facebook's new privacy settings. Ugh.

I have no idea what the cause is, but yes, the Facebook app is not working on Android at the current time.

I just switched back to Bloo in the mean time. I periodically switch back and forth between the two anyway.
