Root factory reset (maybe)???

So I have a rooted Evo, rooted with the new Unrevoked. I have fresh evo 3.5 for rom. after downloading and trying out a lot of apps. I want to do like a factory reset. I don't want to go back to stock, just start new with all of my added apps that I personally added. like if I went to do a factory reset on my phone would that work? do I need to flash back to stock rom? or is this just not an option and I have to do it manually on app at a time?

Well, if you just want to get rid of apps... I can't imagine that manually uninstalling them would take that much time (more than 10 min). However if you download app brain from the market and create account/sign in. You can uninstall all the unwanted apps that way, by selecting all or manually selecting the check boxes. [Once downloaded app brain can be accessed online as well... appbrain.com]

Now, by stock.. Are you meaning you don't want to go back to stock HTC Sense (factory reset will not take you back to the HTC Sense ROM, it will just bring you back to the Fresh ROM like when you first Flashed it.) or Stock meaning when you first Flashed Fresh??
