I'm pretty happy with mine too, there was only a few times I had my next pick selected and they got drafted before it was my turn.
One thing that I was dissapointed in was Sam Bradford having the same bye as schaub. Bradford was going to be my backup, oh well. I got the best overall team anyways

Wondering that also, can someone explain that and trades, etc? Basically what a noob needs to know about setting up weekly rosters, getting new players throughout the year, IR, etc.

So if one of our players goes on IR during the year we just drop them and get a new player off waiver or free agent?

Ya pretty much, or just bench them if you think they will be back soon enough to hold on to them.
And as far as trades go. You propose trade, that person has 2 days to accept/decline. Then league votes on it to make sure its not lopsided.

Maybe part of it is the 3 game suspension and also the contract war with SD. He's not even signed yet I don't think.
Maybe ankle surgery / age concerns?
