While we are still waiting for what may come for our Fascinates via OTA by Verizon or very soon by jt1134 and Punk Kaos, I thought I would like to share a few improvements to the Fascinate that Froyo has shown me.
First of all, it works very well with current hardware, if not better.
I've NEVER seen GPS results this close, and I am currently INDOORS, in a house.
And I must say, my best time for startup EVER with 2.1 was ~57 seconds. This completely blows that away.
This was all done with a NONvoodoo version of jt1134's latest Alpha Froyo. This is good stuff folks. If you can give him and Punk Kaos thanks for doing this, do it. They deserve it.
