Help fast dormancy and yellow triangle with !

hi im in the process of customizing my new sgs2 . i have just successfully installed lightning 4 ROM and all works fine .

i would like to know why there is a yellow triangle on my splash screen with a ! in it .

i aslo have been reading that if my provider does not support fast dormancy that i should turn it off as it will speed browsing up a bit (or i may of got that wrong ). does 3uk support fast dormancy and should i have it switched on or off.

also how do i stop wallpaper scrolling on tw

thanks for info . i disabled fast dormancy and speeds dropped loads . enabled it again and they shot up , so i think i will leave it on

Thanks. I'm also on 3 and thought the browser was quick before. Now you blink and you miss it. I've read that turning this off also saves battery so I will have to wait and see if this its the case.
 
after looking at things on different sites turning off dormacy only helps battery a bit if the provider does not support fd by it never running .

now this aint gonna be worded right but if they do provide it theres some technical stuff which i cant remember that leaving it on saves battery consumption
