are you sure you have the latest htc sync?

did the sd card fix run as directed? or did you get an error? you might have mentioned it, but what size sd card do you have?

Actually, I'm not that great with computers. I don't have Sync on my computer. Fix worked with no errors. SD Card is 8gb.

I appreciate the time both of you have spent...I'm just going to sell the phone. I've spent too much time on this.
