Root Feeler Bet

I had to restore my phone to stock so as i can send it in for replacement.

While I was on stock I dumped my blocks, twice.

I have a set of rooted 2.2.2 kinda stock (busybox superuser amonra) images (including recovery and radio)

I have a set of unrooted 2.2.2 totally stock! images.

I can write a script to fastboot these in and make something like FroyoLite[Win][Tux].zip but for 2.2.2 to give you guys an automated way to fastboot in these.

The benifit of fastbooting is you can get it all done in one. You can flash recovery, radio, system and data all with one script, and have it be painless (about 10 mintes and 1 click[so long as drivers work well])

Question: If I make this ( would take a few hours of testing, and I would need to install EVIL EVIL windows somewhere to test with) will anyone use it?

I would definately use this if I needed to send my phone in for warranty. There are many many other uses i could think of for this. It would be an awesome resource.

As mentioned yes this could be used for numerous purposes besides just flashing back to stock for warranty.

Funny enough I am in that exact predicament right now, I need to revert to stock my shattered screen ally and root/rom my replacement. So yes, if you made it I would put it to use immediately.

I am willing to help you test if needed,

please and thank you

Yes, this would be extremely useful to have. :)

And let me say on behalf of the Ally community, THANKS!! once again, Savoxis.
