Root Files in chinese text?!

Not only this file but other files as well....(see screenshot).

what rom are you on? if it is miui then that would explain it as the original devs are in china.
 
weird. I would guess that it's a file related to set cpu (based on setcpudb)... but where was it?
/sdcard/....?

I was gonna look at my phone and see if I have it anywhere... I was thinking maybe it was just something to do with trying to view a non HTML file as HTML... maybe it would encode it that way.... but then I re-read your post and it's only to do with the ES note viewer. I would guess it is some type of bug. ?
