Well, I have a plan that replaces my phone if anything is wrong with it...so, the phone,s reciever speaker has crapped out...so I can't hear the person unless I use speaker.
I was wondering...if I complained and told them something like..."I hear a lot of bad things about the Ally..blah..ect" ...then ask for a Vortex...would they possibly go for tthat or would I just be getting my new Ally?
I really hope that my new Ally has a better processor as mine now only likes 749MHz.
Any info or tips on anything for this matter is greatly appretiated.

Thanks

I think thats called a Warranty:D

Well...something like....I thought it wasnt considered a warranty. ..but ah well.

Hardware failure is covered under warranty through verizon. You seem to also have insurance on your phone incase it is broken/stolen/lost.

Oooook yes! THAT'S what I was thinking of...the ins.
So, how do I go about telling Verizon I need/want a replacement (how can I get a BRAND NEW Ally...not a referb.?)
Thanks for any and all insight.

I'm pretty sure to get a new one all you have to do is take it into a Verizon store, I've done this before. I just told them i was having problems with the insurance company replacing the phone.

I'll probably put it back to stock before I go there..just in case they will swap...it'd be an odd situation if it came down to swapping phones and I gotta tell him er her..."uhh, I'll be back.....I gotta....uumm do...something first" lmao

I don't like that to simply email them with a question you have to provide your wireless number. If I am not yet a customer they don't need it. I wanted to ask them if they provide NEW or refurbished phones. Anyone know?
