After almost three weeks of usps holiday delay, my droid x lcd came from ebay today(new years eve of all days). I almost lost my mind being droidless for two months.Its an undiscribable feeling. But anyway, I took my droid x apart completely with the t5 & t4 screwdrivers and I gotta tell you its actually pretty straightfoward. I do of course owe my success to the guy at zedomax who made the assembly/dissasembly video on youtube. He didn't demonstrate how to replace the lcd but as he states simply use the t4 to remove the screws on top of the screen and the rest is just easy. I'm very happy to be a part of this forum again, and I thank every one of yous who gave me advice when I was going through my crysis. Feels good to be back
