Root First Stock ROM for the Samsung Transform Ultra

i am on stock rom boost samsung TU and i would like to use megatron 6.2.5 and last time i was on 6.1 and i really like the rom but when i upgraded i F@#ked my phone up so now i want to slowly install the right way can you help i just got my phone back from being repaired and i dont wanna F@#k nothing up again

Yeah cause you installed 6.2.5 for the wrong phone lol. Follow the instructions from this thread for your specific device. http://androidforums.com/showthread.php?p=4907625 6.2.5 for your device is currently in beta stages. I highly suggest you stick with 6.1.1 until you receive the ota update notification when 6.2.5 is released for your phone. Its always safer that way

No this is an outdated unroot method. Follow the instructions in this thread to unroot back to stock. The method I linking to you will also remove cwm from your device, no cwm no root, all stock.

Well the reason why that is, is because 6.2.5 was a bit unstable and I didn't exactly leave the ROM in good shape when it comes to 6.2.5. If you choose to install the update it will downgrade you back to 6.1.1, which is my opinion had way less issues than 6.2.5 but if you're not experiencing any issues then stay on 6.2.5. If you wanna disable the notification then go to MT Settings and tap on ota updates and when the app opens hit the menu button and tap on settings then you can unchecked the notification settings.
