Its up on Fission ROM manager. I'm really liking the smaller notification bar.

The only things I need are swype, the Droid X keyboard and camera. Anyone have the apk's?

That's not Javroch's that's just a black fission theme I think. And These apk's are from 2.2.1 but I'm running them so they should work for you as well.

I kept getting a database error when trying to upload them so I threw them up on mediafire. Ignore the macosx file, I'm using the stock mac archiver utility.

And Tom, I'm running Javroch's theme just fine. I figured not much had changed so I made a backup, crossed my fingers, and flashed the theme along with the DX_KB from the blackout folder. Everything is running smooth. No FC's but it's still too early to tell. But it looks fine so far.
 
Did anybody's Fission folder disappear. Mine did, and I put another one on there and realized that I didnt mount system so I reflashed it and the folder disappeared again.
 
One thing I regretted doing before installing and setting up Fusion was not running the Black Glass theme that will deodex your files so that I could now try out some Fission themes. What would be the best course of action to take now to get my files deodexed so I can run one of these themes for Fission?

fission is a deodexed rom. most custom roms are.
 
anyone see a difference worth upgrading 2.1 to 2.2?

rom no longer comes with it. you download the goodies through the fission rommanager.

Just unzip the 2.2.1 folder on your computer or phone and the sd card add ons are there. I'm running the KB, tried swype, and running a theme from 2.2.1. And running the camera from 2.1 and it's all working fine. I figured the framework is similar enough between 2.2.2 and 2.2.1 so it all should work. but always make a backup prior to trying anything.

TBH I can't really see any differences with 2.1 and the 2.2.1 and 2.2.2. I just upgrade just to say I have the latest. lol. Haven't had a reboot yet but it's really too soon to tell I'll give a few more days to run it through its paces to really check it out.

you know, i never did have the reboot issue....but ive always used widget locker.
dont know if that makes the difference or if im just lucky.
 
Well I guess I am out of luck since I already upgraded to the 30.04 kernel, well they got a nice donation from me for Fission ROM Manager.
