Root Fission 2.1 final

Troope install that from ASTRO app.... its an APK so it should install and make sure you have a check to install third party apps...

You can open it from any file explorer. It will then prompt you to open app manager. then click install. If it's not already checked, it will take you to the screen where you need to check the third party apps disclaimer.

Aggie question, the 3G hot spot is that a patch?? the one I ready about every one talking about...???

I believe is the one you can use and not get charge same as wireless tether app?

Correct. But when I flashed it (should be in your add on folder) it would not show up in my app drawer...hmmm. The only way I could launch it was to find it in titanium backup and click run app. BUT for it to be free you need to apply the Team blackhat patch for it to not charge you. do a forum search for free 3g hotspot or something like that and you should find it. :)

FissionRomDownloader.apk is in the same palce where you dl 2.2.1

This.

On another note, my battery life is still kinda bad since switching to this ROM. Sadly, may just go back to ApeX. Though I may give them one more shot with the new version. Hard to say.

You need a better battery, IMO. I switched to it yesterday, and I'm only down to 80% after eight hours with moderate use.

I don't think so. It was fine before I started to use Fission. I've got an extended battery by the way as well.

I had donated and received the link to 2.2.1, but I've yet to install it (was thinking about doing it Friday when I have time). With their ROM downloader and 2.2.2 being available, are you able to just update straight to 2.2.2 from 2.2.1, or do you have to completely wipe the phone with a full installation?

where do I get the 2.2.2?? My download manager keeps getting fail.... error 404... and its not for download from the link...and they haven't send me any links for download...

I got all excited when I checked the rom manager and saw 2.2.2 then came here while my phone charged and saw that it's not really up yet. He still hasn't posted a changelog though.
