Help Fix for no sound from ear piece issue?

Does anyone have a fix for the no sound from the ear piece issue. People can hear me fine. Speaker phone and bluetooth work as well. I search and the only solution seems to be to contact Verizon for a replacement phone. This has been going on for about a week now. Tried pullng the battery and also restting the phone. Neither works.

If a factory reset doesn't fix it then it's a hardware issue. Have Verizon replace the phone.

Yeah, if that does not work, I would demand to be given a brand spankin' new one...
