Flash blinks on new notifications

I recently upgraded to 4.3 on my Verizon S3 and am still working through some of the changes. One is that anytime my phone rings, or I get a new email / text, my camera flash blinks. I don't want it to, but can't figure out where to turn it off.

Any help?

Theres a setting in Accessibility settings for the flash. turn it on then off :thumbup:

go into Settings and then Accesibility and check and uncheck the Flash Notifications reboot and you should be fine.
