Help Flash not working

Hey all, I have a problem with my Sensation XE, which started randomly after I restarted one day.

For some reason my flash player has stopped working in web browsers. If I try to view a video in a window, for instance in YouTube or the BBC website, it says I do not have the correct version of flash and it links me to the download site. However the YouTube app still works, so I am not sure the problem.

Anyone have an idea for a solution, preferably that doesn't involve a factory reset (although if that's the only way its not the end of the world...)

What version of Flash are you running. My current version is v11.1.115.11 and plays video fine.
