Hello. I just purchased the LG Optimus V yesterday evening, & I made the mistake of not charging it asap & the battery was running low, so I plugged it into my USB. For a while, it said it was charging. Shortly afterward it said it was too low & shut off. So, I plugged it into a wall outlet & it started flashing LG repeatedly on the screen & the four main buttons would blink on & off as well.. I assumed this was normal, as this is my first experience with this phone, so I left it plugged in overnight. I woke up, & it was doing the same thing. It will not turn on, I cannot recover, taking out the battery & placing it back in doesn't solve the issue, either.
I have done a lot of researching on the issue & haven't found anything helpful. I intend to call Virgin or LG as soon as I can, but don't have access to a telephone at the moment so I came here to see if I could solve it without having to make a call.
