Root Flashing

I'm just on the stock ROM (rooted) and I'm trying to flash the Harmonia ROM.

When I boot into TWRP, I clear everything, flash the zip but it just reboots my phone and goes back to my home screen.

If you are s-on you really should use 4ext with smart flash enabled to avoid this problem. To get booted back up take the boot.img from harmonia rom.zip and paste it into your adb/fastboot folder on the pc. Username fastboot command:
fastboot flash boot boot.img

Nothing is working. I tried doing the RUU to completely restart everything but it's giving me errors saying the program is outdated.

Rooted and that's all, nothing else.
Software version: Harmonia 3.17
Baseband version: 1.09.00.0706
Kernel version: 3.0.16-g4211684 / htc-kernel@u18000-build-144 #1 / SMP PREEMPT

I was rooted on the stock ROM. I decided to flash to Harmonia but I'm not really liking it because it seems slower for me than the stock ROM. I tried to flash back to the JMZ stock ROM but when I flashed the zip, the progress bar got 1/3 full, and it rebooted my phone. It then took me back to TWRP. The only thing I could do was flash Harmonia again and that's what I am on now.

I tried running the RUU, but at the end of it, it says it fails. My version says 14.x.x.x and it says my rom will be upgraded to 13.x.x.x but that seems like a downgrade and then it fails.

I just want to be rooted and on the stock ROM again.

You need to flash this zip file from recovery then relock your phone with the "fastboot oem lock" command and that should let you flash the RUU. It will also remove root so you will need to unlock the phone, flash a custom recovery and root again.

Following what ramjet posted will get you back to completely stock, including the recovery. Duplicate threads merged.

Okay, it worked til I got to the RUU. The RUU worked, got back to stock. I followed the root guide again, and went to flash the odex version of the JMZ stock ROM, and once again it got 1/3 and rebooted. But this time, it said something about the PM186 (something 186) when I hit recovery, then when I tried to flash it, it did the progress bar, then text came on really fast and rebooted. The text said something about the /recovery/ and /cache/ being invalid and that's all I caught. I even tried flashing Harmonia again and it did the same thing as mentioned above. I tried to flash that zip file again, relock it, and run the RUU but the RUU kept failing on me.

Please quantify "kept failing on me" - what did it do or say?

I've tried everything. When I select the ROM, it just says "Installing update..." but it just stalls and stays like that for over 10 minutes.
