I am loathe to pay for an app without having the chance to actually use it and get a feel for it - in that respect, it would be nice if there was a time limited / feature limited version of Chet's that I could play with.
Nevertheless, e4u2 has now made his app free forever. This gives me a good app to play with, and if the development of this continues along the same path as it has been, I know I'll be donating to e4u2's fund to keep the app going.
[aside] sorry for being away for so long - I hurt my back really badly last Wednesday, and only now am I able to sit in a chair long enough to actually post something.[/aside]
Chet, competition is nice - but as I said before, I am not paying for an app without at least using it for a while - never have, never will. Same with clothes, cars, audio equipment, a tennis racket, etc. Now, since I know next to nothing about the Android Market place, I'd like to ask - is there a way to offer a time-limited (and possibly feature limited, in cases you don't want folks uninstalling and reinstalling to bypass the restrictions) demo of your app, and if so, would you be willing to put it on the market as well?
I am not going to lie - I already have the latest one from e4u2 installed, but, as I said, competition is nice - having the best possible app is the most important thing for me, and with the both of you developing similar apps, it would be nice to compare them side by side....
You're correct - I just tested it myself - even in strobe mode, the lights are not flashing at full intensity.
