I've cleared data
Cleared cache
Hard reset
Deleted flders
Re created folders
Clearing cach hard reset seem to work for a little. Then it does it again.
So that means the problems ,ok and non existent until an event happens that trips it.
Odd. Are those steps listed in order of how you fix the problem or just a list of various things you've tried? I only ask because you said "deleted folders" and by that point, if TW Home was reset, you wouldn't have any folders to deleted because your pages would be back to defaults.
This is what works for me:
- Disable Developer Options
- Clear Data for TouchWiz Home (under Settings > Applications > All)
- Force Stop TouchWiz Home
- Press Home key to visually confirm "new" default pages, icons, widgets are there
- Turn phone off and on
- Then re-customize as necessary.
I last did this yesterday afternoon and it's still fine.
