Root Folders not opening

I saw another topic about this, but it was with the captivate, and the guy that was having the problem was using Launcher Pro. I have created a couple of folders but after a while they stop opening. I am not using anything like Launcher Pro, just the basic CM7 Android 2.3 OS. I never had this problem before using Sense before I rooted, so I'm just curious if anyone else has had this problem and if they know what is causing it.

never had any problems with that with cm7. have you tried to wipe dalvik cache and cache?

I've done that a few times, but not for this particular problem; I'll try that and see if it helps.
