For those already on android, what apps to put on the evo first?

Are there any Windows Media Online radio player? Or real Player for online stations? I like to stream some stations from my country and would love to hear them on my car.

What is the best product to play it on my car's Stereo?

I just got my EVO and have a list made but until I set up the main features of the phone I am not putting any apps on it just yet. I need to set up emails and ringers and a few other things. Phone is nice though. But I just got it and need to explore all of it's features..

OK..was at the Royals Wednesday and saw the new EVO..COOL, so I got one today. They had an app that would "scan" the area in a "grid" like pattern and as they rotated 360 degree's....the app would show exactly where people were tweeting from, show their profile in the corner of the screen, and map it too. This also mapped restaurants in the same way. It would show like burgers and fries, or pizza icons, etc....

ANY idea what the name of this app is?

Thanks for the help....

Okay folks, help time.

I made my AppBrain list for the Hero but now that I have the EVO, the list shows PC3100 (which is the EVo) but the apps are the Hero. I still have both phones working. Is there a way to have multiple phones of ones account in App Brain, but the lists can be separate. Or is it just one Appbrain account per phone regardless if there are more than one phone on there.

Confused.

Hmm, is there some way to cross reference a bunch of different lists? I figure that's a good way to find a few apps that are absolutely essential for most people.

Layar Reality Browser - Android app on AppBrain

Has anyone got appbrain to work on the Evo? I get it to sync, and it shows all the apps that need to be updated or installed. I click on perform installs, and it just takes me to each individual app's page in the market (to be manually installed one at a time).

That seems to be how it works. At least thats the way it worked when I finally figured it out. :D

I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to do that. It is actually supposed to just install all of your apps for you.

I can't figure out any other way to do it either. I click Sync with Appbrain then it lists all the apps I picked out on the computer. Then I click Perform Install, which leads me one by one to all the app pages. I have to manually click Install --> OK for the privacy stuff to install them. Am I missing something?

I haven't tried it yet but I have like 50 or 60 apps saved. I only want to install a few right now maybe 10 or 15. So I want to manually install mine. Do I hook the phone up to the PC and go to appbrain and just click install. Also I installed a Sirius app off there website from the browser and I don't know where it went. It's not under apps on my phone. I see it under my browser under menu and downloads but if I click it it wants to install it again.

if you have appbrain sync it does OTA installs, no need to conect to the computer for apps

Go to the market on your phone and install the appbrain sync app. No need to connect to your pc.

So I can view my list and pick which apps I want to install? I don't want it to automatically try to download them all. Also I downloaded the Sirius App from there website and it's not in my App list I don't know where it went?

It'a supposed to install them automatically, but for some reason it isn't working correctly on the Evo at this time. So for now, if you install the appbrain app from the market, you will then be able (have to is probably more accurate) go through all of your apps and install them 1 by 1.

Ok thanks, I have the app brain market but I chose lots of apps like 50 but I don't want them all. I jsut wanted to pick out like 10 or 15 for now to install. I didn't want them all to install. But I thought I saw on the computers website where it said install that is why I had asked earlier about hooking up the phone to PC.
