Help forced closings!!!!!

I have some after market app that continue to be forced closed. How can i get this to stop and have my apps working correctly?

Try going to settings > manage applications > find the market then clear cache and data then maybe a battery pull after doing that.

you can also do the same thing for the app that is fc'ing, clear cache that is.
