Help Forcing Apps to SD Consequences?

Okay, so I found this method on how to move Apps to the SD card, even though they aren't built for it. My question is, how will it affect the app (notifications, instant upload for Google+, etc.) I know if it has a widget, it won't work, but what else should I know about? Will it make the app defective? Also, does downloading an SDKeffect the software updates on my EVO? Thanks!

nice find. i always assumed that sdk was only for rooted phones. but this makes sense to me.

i do not think that your apps will be affected too much by the move to the card. however, your performance of some of your apps may. i would recommend that you get a higher class card for this. probably a class 4 or higher. especially if you have games or other heavy data using apps like that.

it is just a software the allows you to communicate with your phone through your computer. so it should not change any updates you have on your phone. all you will be doing is enetering commands on your computer telling your phone where to install the apps.

Alright, thanks! But I still have the original SD Card (Calss 2 8GB) with 4 GB left. Do you think this is good enough?
